Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2018.
\nWe will meet as usual at Georgian Bay Hotel, 10 Vacation Drive, Collingwood.<\/p>\n
The formal meeting will begin at 9:45 am. We will be celebrating and reporting on the sixth fantastic year of our club.<\/p>\n
Treasurer, Don Godfrey, will provide us with a year-end financial report and Andy Hims will provide his independent review of our finances. Our year end is May 31, 2018. Both the year-end financial statement and independent review will be provided to members prior to the meeting in the May newsletter and in an email blast.<\/p>\n
On behalf of the current Management Committee, Bill Meldrum will present the nominations for the coming year\u2019s management committee for your vote.<\/p>\n
Following the election, the meeting will be turned over to the new President an will continue with other business, such as notices of upcoming events.<\/p>\n
A quorum of 25% of the membership is required at this meeting.
