SPECIAL NOTICE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF PROBUS CANADA<\/p>\n
Notice of open enrolment for ProbUS extended health care
\nwith \u201cPrestige\u201d TRAVEL PLAN:\u00a0 September 1, 2017 \u2013 October 31, 2017.
\nFor PROBUS Canada members in good standing, there is an open enrolment period from September 1, 2017 to October 31, 2017 for Extended Health Care (EHC) with Prestige Travel Plan (out-of-province\/out-of-country emergency medical travel and trip cancellation insurance).\u00a0 During the open enrolment period, PROBUS members can apply for EHC with Prestige Travel Plan coverage without providing evidence of good health.\u00a0 Following the open enrolment period, after October 31st, PROBUS members can still apply for coverage, but only members leaving an existing group health insurance plan can enrol without providing evidence of insurability within 60 days of losing coverage.
